2. Description of Service

Doughsense is a personal finance management application that helps you track your financial accounts, monitor spending, set budgets, and plan for financial milestones. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" for your personal, non-commercial use.

3. Open Banking and Account Information Services

Doughsense Ltd (FRN 1054183) acts as an agent of Finexer Ltd (FRN 925695) for the provision of account information services under the Payment Services Regulations 2017. Finexer Ltd is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority as an Authorised Payment Institution.

The open banking features of the Service allow you to securely connect your UK bank accounts to retrieve account balances and transaction history. This data is used within the Service to provide budgeting, portfolio tracking, and financial projections.

When you use these features:

• Doughsense accesses your bank data in read-only mode . We cannot move money, make payments, or initiate transactions on your behalf.
• Your bank login credentials are handled entirely by your bank. Doughsense never sees or stores them.
• Open banking consent is valid for a maximum of 90 days. After this period, you will need to re-authorise the connection with your bank.
• You can disconnect any bank connection at any time from within the Service, which revokes the consent and stops all further data retrieval.
• Bank data retrieved via open banking is encrypted in transit and at rest, stored only within your Doughsense account, and is not shared with third parties.
